Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
